Just three weeks ago I launched 100 Subscribers Per Day and already I’ve sold over 1,300 copies. Only 120 of those sales have been generated directly by me.
Every single other sale has been generated by one of my affiliates. It is because of my affiliates I have a full time business. And the more active affiliates I have, the more money I make.
Therefore, finding and contacting as many affiliates is something I should be dedicating a lot of time to, but sometimes I run out of ideas for places to find these affiliates.
So I started brainstorming a few ideas for ways for ME to find affiliates and I came up with these ideas. Some I’ve used before but just reminded myself of, some I’ve just thought of – but ALL of them YOU can use to build your list and generate sales and profits.
I’ve got some university work to do this week so I won’t have much time to dedicate to implementing these strategies but I’ll do it as much as I can and let you all know about my results.

Affiliate Getting Strategy #1
Siphon New Affiliates From EzineArticles.com
As you are probably aware, EzineArticles.com is an article directory whereby authors can submit articles with an author resource box to promote their website. Authors from a whole host of different niche markets contribute their content – and they all (or at least 99% of them) have one thing in common…
They are all trying to promote their website.
That means they are marketers interested in MONETIZING their niche websites. It’s hard to believe sometimes in this industry that people create websites for anything other than to generate a profit, but there are still lots of people out there who create websites because they love the topic so much. In fact, I have a website about the Maldives simply because I enjoy learning about it, writing about it, and most of all looking at the pretty pictures 
Now that I’ve gone off on a bit of a tangent, here’s how you can siphon new affiliates from EzineArticles.com
Let’s say you have a product in the anti aging market. You go to EzineArticles.com and go to the Health & Fitness >> Anti Aging category. Then at the top of that page you click on the “Top Authors” link.
That will take you to a page listing the top authors in this category. Open an article from each of these authors and head to the link in their author resource box.
Try to find an email address or contact link on their website and get in touch with them seeing if they would like to become an affiliate of yours.
Similarly, go through the “Most Viewed” and “Most Published” sections in your chosen category and contact the authors of some of those articles.
This is a great way to find affiliates working in your market and interested in making money – and they can do that by promoting your offer!
Affiliate Getting Strategy #2
STEAL Your Competitors Affiliates
This strategy will only work if you have a very profitable affiliate program. It involves finding marketers promoting your competitors products and convincing them that they can make more money if they promote your offer instead (or as well as).
That’s why you need to have a profitable affiliate program. If Affiliate A is making $1 for every visitor they send to your competitor, then you’ll have to offer $1.50 or more per click to convince them to promote your offer instead.
Here’s a few ways you can do that:
• Offer HIGHER commissions than your competitor. If your competitor is paying 50%, then you should offer 75% or more.
• Pay commissions on back end sales too. If you have a one time offer or upsells after the initial purchase then pay commissions on these, too.
• Offer bonuses for high performing affiliates. If an affiliate makes 10 sales pay them a bonus. If they make 50 sales, pay them another bonus. Not only will it increase the amount they earn per click but it will motivate them to keep making sales.
With the 100 Subscribers Per Day affiliate program I’ve implemented all of these aspects, and I believe that’s part of the reason why I’ve sold 1,300 copies in three weeks.
Not only am I experiencing commissions up to 23% for some affiliates, but I’m paying 100% on the front end offer AND the $19.95 OTO. Plus, I’m paying a $25 bonus for making just 10 sales, an extra $100 for making 50 sales and then ANOTHER $250 for making 100 sales. Affiliates are, primarily, motivated by money. If you can offer more money than your competitor then you are 95% of the way there.
Anyway, back to the strategy for stealing (or at least borrowing) your competitors’ affiliates.
First, you have to find affiliates promoting your competitors. This is easy to do with a number of strategies.
I’m going to use the example of The Truth About Abs which is probably one of the most sold eBooks ever and one I’ve generated a fair few sales of myself. We can pretty much assume that the people promoting this product might be interested in promoting other weight loss products. So if you have a weight loss product then this would be a good product to steal affiliates from.
No matter what niche you are in, find a popular product and use the below two techniques to find affiliates for that product.
Technique 1
This technique simply involves you typing the search terms below, and other related key phrases into Google:
• Truth about abs review
• Truth about abs bonus
• Download truth about abs
• Buy truth about abs
Go to some of the top sites and find contact emails or links. Get in touch with them and see if they’d be interested in promoting your product as well.
Technique 2
Most of the successful affiliate programs provide copy and paste content for their affiliates. For example, The Truth About Abs has this page with articles and emails that affiliates can republish.

If I take a random paragraph from that content and paste it into Google, then I get presented with a bunch of websites with that exact article. In fact, take a look at the link below. There are over 700 different websites with this article promoting The Truth About Abs.
That’s a lot of potential affiliates!

Finding Hidden Email Publishers To Promote Your Offer
I’d estimate that 90% of all sales for 100 Subscribers Per Day have been generated by affiliates blasting an email to their subscribers. Having an email list is a powerful way to generate sales, and therefore the best affiliates to have are those with big email lists.
But how do you find these guys?
There are a couple of directories online that list many email list owners – and best of all, they are all sorted by category. Simply head to these directories, find the category most relevant, and contact each list owner seeing if they’d be interested in promoting your product.

I truly believe the strategies I’ve shared above will enable you to find AT LEAST 1,000 new, potential affiliates.
I’m not saying every single one will want to promote for you. And, I suspect many of the affiliates you find won’t be capable of generating more than a few sales – if any at all.
But there will be some in there who could generate you a quick influx of 10, 20, 50, 100 or more sales. And there will be some affiliates in there who will generate you a consistent 5, 10, 20 or more sales per week – and you only need 5-10 of those and you have a full time online business.
I contacted one affiliate about 18 months ago using Strategy 3 (finding email list owners). I’d never heard of him, but I sent him a quick email to see if he’d be interested in promoting Accelerated List Building. I never heard back from him but noticed him sign up as an affiliate and a few days later woke up to find he’d generated about 20 sales. By the end of the day he’d generated around 50 sales. Then the sales gradually dwindled but I was pretty happy that a 3 minute email had generated me around 70 new BUYING subscribers.
A few weeks later he started generating sales again. About three or four new sales per day. This continued for a week, two weeks, a month, six months, a year. It stopped about three months ago but this one affiliate generated a total of 550 sales while he was active.
And it took me THREE minutes to contact him, tell him where he could sign up and give him some pre-formatted email copy.
Not every affiliate will generate you 550 sales, but the more people you contact, the more chance you have of finding those underground affiliates who can transform your business.
Focussing on your affiliate program is something you should be doing. A successful affiliate program with an army of motivated, dedicated affiliates is a sure-fire strategy to success.
Writing this article has motivated me to get out there and find more affiliates and that’s what I would do right now if it wasn’t 1.30am already!
I’ll definitely get right on that tomorrow though (after my uni work, of course!).

You can always hire some one to do this tasks.
Give this tasks to your virtual worker and make an email
template that you will give your worker to send to your
affiliates.
This way you create your next blog post about your results with affiliate
getting techniques
