A few weeks ago I shared three ways I was using images to generate 100+ extra visitors per day to my health and beauty blog.
The third method – and the one responsible for my biggest traffic numbers was Pinterest.
And my Pinterest traffic keeps on increasing. Take a look at this screenshot I took a few days ago after a few users Pinned some of my blog posts to their boards.

That was taken on Friday 10th February and as you can see from the image below, I got 166 visitors from Pinterest alone on that day.

And I’ve had 1,068 visitors from Pinterest in the past month.
Take a look at just how many people have Pinned content from my blog at this page. And if you see anything in there that you like, then feel free to Pin it
Pinterest is growing fast and it’s capable of sending you massive traffic so to help you get started, or increase your Pinterest presence, I’ve assembled a few materials for you below.
1. Pinterest is currently invite only. You can Request An Invite when you go to Pinterest.com, but that may take a few days to come through. If you want to get going quicker then send me an email using the Contact page with the email you’d like to be invited.
2. I’ve prepared a special report that reveals how to use Pinterest to increase exposure for your site and your brand. It’s totally free just hit the link below to access the PDF.

Hi James!
Fellow UK marketer here! Been reading some of your posts for a while mate, must say some great content and ideas your sharing.
As it goes I had my invite sent to me this morning from Pinterest
See you there!
Take it easy fella,
Chris
Hi there! Thanks for the link love.
Pinterest has been huge for home and DIY bloggers like me. I wish that it were as easy for my day job since I’d love to drive that much traffic to my “real” website instead of my hobby.
But, I will take what I can get. I’m up to 120k hits to my blog from Pinterest since it’s inception. Pretty darn sweet.
Powerful tool.

Thanks for the valuable info about Pinterest. It’s amazing how it has taken over other traffic sources in such a short time. I’m going to implement Pinterest for driving traffic.
Hi James

Nice. I was just inspired to find my invite to Pinterest. If I can use this in a white hat way, then I might.

Hi James ,
i have heard and read a lot about what you have written about Pinterest. I just have a few questions (am not so good with following NSO ..new shiny objects)
Are you getting targeted traffic to your site or just traffic from people that love your pixs.
Is the traffic “buyer traffic”?
Because truly , if it does not bring any of these then it is likely a waste of time.
I may be wrong so correct me if i am.
Thanks
( i will be sending an e-mail to you soon about a little project i am working one)
yeah … those are the right questions.
I have sites that only get 200 visitors per month.
But if those sites make me 200 dollars per month!
Well you can do the math.
So bottomline question:
How much do you earn per visitor?
For the rest I even prefer little traffic, cause of the hostingfee.
Thank you for your answer.
JP
Thanks for sharing.Pinterest seemed to be a hot topic among internet marketers recently and I am going to test it out to check how it goes.
